		<description>&lt;p&gt;The fact that you chose a black and white photograph for the Faulkner sentence "Memory believes..." enhanced the meaning for me. Maybe it's just because, in our (young) lives, black and white is automatically associated with being "old" but I think there's something about the absence of color that make us feel as though we're looking back. The George Orwell quote + photograph perfectly matched everything about 1984 (almost to the point of being too clear.)&lt;/p&gt;
